Retail Sales Associate – Store Front

About the role

Join Crocs as a Sales Associate and deliver exceptional experiences to customers in a vibrant store environment. You will be the face of the brand, educating shoppers about products, promotions, and events while supporting store goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist across store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Execute daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.
• Follow Crocs’ asset protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑growth retail setting.
