Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service

About the role

As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional experiences to shoppers in a fast‑paced retail environment. You’ll help customers discover products, promote in‑store events, and support the team in meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist across store departments – customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Execute daily retail tasks such as POS operation, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.
• Follow Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
• Motivation to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced retail setting.
