QC Technician (Quality Control & Document Controller)

About the role

Envalior, a materials company combining DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials, is looking for a QC & Document Controller to join its manufacturing team in Shaoxing. The role covers quality control of production processes, ensuring stable quality indicators, compliance with specifications and timely release of finished products, as well as document control across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sample testing plans for raw materials, finished goods and lab and scale-up samples, and give timely feedback to production
• Report abnormalities immediately and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain, service annually and calibrate lab equipment
• Collect, analyse and summarise test data, archive it and use QC tools such as SPC to support quality improvement
• Support R&D and business teams in validating new products, equipment and processes
• Help SHEQ engineers maintain the IATF 16949 system and assist with customer and external audits (IATF, NSF)
• Manage document control (creation, release, review, training) and track site action items
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Required profile

• College degree or above, majoring in industrial analysis, testing or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection or testing
• Basic English communication skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SHE, quality, security and compliance requirements, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH and GMP
