职位概况
负责抗体药物的理化分析，遵循GMP要求，确保检测结果的准确性和可追溯性。
主要职责
- 进行抗体药物的纯度、含量等理化检测。
- 执行GMP检验操作规程，记录并审核原始数据，出具报告。
- 起草、修订GMP相关文件，参与方法验证或确认。
- 配合QA完成偏差调查，参与稳定性考察及留样管理。
- 维护、校准实验室仪器，处理实验废液，遵守安全制度。
任职要求
- 相关专业大专及以上学历，1-2年液相、毛细管电泳、PCR等检测经验。
- 具备生物药常规检测原理与应用知识，熟练使用相关设备。
- 熟练使用办公软件，英文四级以上，了解GMP者优先。
- 具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力，敬业负责。
必备技能
- 液相色谱（LC）操作
- 毛细管电泳（CE）操作
- PCR检测技术
