Senior Specialist, APAC Inspection Management (Contractor)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, APAC Inspection Management will oversee end‑to‑end inspection management systems across the APAC region, supporting the Core Inspection Team Lead in non‑GMP inspections. The role involves data maintenance, regulatory intelligence, and coordination of inspection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inspection management systems such as CURVE, D2, and related SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate preparation, conduct, and post‑inspection activities for GLP, GCP and PV inspections in APAC.
• Extract, analyze, and present inspection metrics and regulatory intelligence.
• Support monitoring of external industry and internal inspection outcomes and share trends with R&D partners.
• Ensure timely submission of inspection data into company databases (CURVE, D2, COMET, etc.).

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a quality function handling complex compliance topics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of worldwide GCP, GLP, PV, IT and related regulations.
• BS required; advanced degree (Masters) is a plus.
• Effective influencing, written and verbal communication skills.
