职位概况
负责外科领域的产品销售，需具备3年以上医疗器械或药品销售经验，能够独立开发并管理关键客户，推动新品及高端产品的市场渗透。
主要职责
- 管理KA客户，组织学术推广活动（区域会、病例会、科室会等）。
- 开展新品推广，制定并执行客户项目方案。
- 提升高端产品在目标市场的渗透率。
任职要求
- 3年以上医疗器械耗材或药品销售经验，具备KA客户管理及学术推广实操经历。
- 优秀的临床沟通能力，目标感强，抗压能力突出。
- 能够独立开发客户，结合公司资源规划项目。
- 认同外企合规销售体系。
- 加分项：眼科、白内障、视光相关销售经验；深耕深圳并掌握客户资源；临床医学或眼视光专业背景；成功提升高端产品渗透率案例。
