Project Component Manager – VM

About the role

The Project Component Manager (VM) will act as the primary owner of project delivery and the main interface with customers. You will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specification while supporting product promotion and acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market information and identify acquisition opportunities.
• Manage projects following Bosch product engineering processes.
• Lead acquisition, scope, timing, cost, quality, communication, and risk management activities.
• Support sales teams with technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Control project documentation, technical changes, and product cost throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project milestones, customer deliveries, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and lead teams.
• Automotive industry background is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
