职位概况
负责公司物料需求核算、欠料跟踪及库存全周期管控，确保生产线物料供应及时、齐套。
主要职责
- 根据系统数据核算物料需求，监控齐套进度，紧急缺料安排发运。
- 统筹散料转储、排产协调，调度出库并跟进包装发运。
- 实时监控物料异常，预警批次欠料，推动退/补/换货及ECN变更。
- 跟踪包材、辅料、危化品直送订单，督促供应商按期送货。
- 全周期管控库存，分析呆滞库存并制定消化方案，优化安全库存。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、工业工程、统计学等相关专业。
- CET-4及以上，具备良好的数据处理与分析能力。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，了解ERP系统者优先。
- 逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，具备较强的沟通协调与推动能力。
- 责任心强，注重细节，有风险预判意识，能适应制造业供应链节奏。
