About the role
Brearley Architects & Urbanists is hiring a Project Architect based at its office in Shanghai. The role leads the project from design through to final implementation and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project design
- Produce reports and drawings
- Coordinate the project
- Oversee final implementation and delivery
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture
- More than five years of relevant experience, with familiarity with the whole project process and responsibility for complete projects
- Professionalism, responsibility, good communication, leadership and teamwork
- Fluent English
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of full drawing standards and design specifications, with attention to detail and ability to solve on-site problems
- Proficiency in Revit; understanding of ESD preferred
- Skilled use of related design and drawing software
