职位概况

负责客户投诉全流程管理，主导质量改进项目，提升客户满意度。

主要职责

负责客户投诉处理的全流程管理。
主导编制8D报告，推动质量改善闭环。
监控并提升客户满意度指标。
协调跨部门资源，解决重大客诉，控制年度重复投诉率。

任职要求

3年以上果链行业客诉处理经验。
精通8D、5Why等质量工具，拥有6Sigma绿带认证者优先。
英文CET-4以上，能够处理英文客诉报告及会议。
具备跨部门协调能力，主导过5个以上重大质量改善项目。
