职位概况

负责酒店公共区域（PA）管理工作，确保公共空间整洁、设施完好，提升宾客体验。

主要职责

按顺序巡视整个公共区域，包括餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂和洗手间。
确保上述区域的清洁达标，及时处理清洁紧急事件。
汇报地毯和家具损坏情况，协调急修以降低损失。
检查洗手间和楼梯的卫生标准，保持环境整洁。
与客房部、工程部及其他部门合作，确保问题沟通并得到处理。

任职要求

中专学历及以上。
5 年以上酒店客房 PA 工作经验。
具备高度责任心，抗压能力强。
