职位概况

负责广州天河中云希尔顿花园酒店的全盘会计与财务管理，提供财务支持与专业建议，推动酒店利润最大化。

主要职责

严格控制酒店所有会计和财务要求，确保合规。
向总经理及酒店团队提供财务分析、建议和专业意见。
发展并提升酒店财务质量，参与预算编制与成本控制。
为部门其他成员提供财务专业支持。
与业主、税务官员及相关方沟通协调。

任职要求

大学会计或管理专业学位。
具备财务管理经验，至少五年服务行业或总会计师岗位经验。
熟悉酒店财务运作，具备良好的沟通能力。

必备技能

财务报表编制与分析。
预算管理与成本控制。
税务处理与合规管理。
