Overseas Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Overseas Sales Manager to lead our market expansion across Southeast Asia. The role will shape regional sales strategy, build a robust logistics network, and ensure operational excellence in emerging markets such as Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and annual business plan for Southeast Asian markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers across the region.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and close high‑value deals.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including ZIM Shipping and other overseas carriers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales departments to align strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in overseas market development, preferably in trade lanes and Southeast Asia.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
