Technical Program Manager II – Omnichannel

About the role

The Omnichannel team at Flexport is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to lead cross‑functional programs that drive growth across the Omnichannel organization. You will coordinate engineering, product, operations, and merchant‑facing teams to deliver complex technology initiatives on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams, product domains, and business functions.
• Define clear goals, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics, and hold teams accountable to deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and conflicts and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and align roadmaps across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Provide visibility into program progress, risks, decisions, and trade‑offs, and drive launch and operational readiness.
• Engage directly with key merchants to understand feedback, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product, or technical account management.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong program planning, execution, dependency management, and risk management skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or enterprise clients, managing technical issues and escalations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Data‑driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
