Operational Buyer – Materials & Replenishment

About the role

The Operational Buyer MR will manage inventory, master data and procurement processes within Philips' ERP environment, supporting product development and production ramp‑up in Suzhou.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inventory analysis, set up and maintain supply‑chain master data, and manage product life cycles.
• Implement buy‑item stock and replenishment policies, monitor item changes, and manage supplier‑managed inventories.
• Generate and track purchase orders, validate forecasts with suppliers, and resolve moderate order issues.
• Analyze Order Management Module KPIs, propose corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product development milestones, create packaging instructions, and maintain shelf‑life master data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or vocational education in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (or 4+ years with vocational education).
