Operation Engineer (Production)

About the role

As an Operation Engineer in our Changsha plant, you will ensure smooth mass‑production processes, maintain equipment reliability and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with maintenance teams and cross‑functional departments to meet quality, delivery and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Control, analyze and improve processes and equipment for mass production.
• Achieve manufacturing KPIs: quality, delivery, cost.
• Ensure stable operation of production processes and guide maintenance staff.
• Develop process documents (PFMEA, CP, WI) to guarantee product quality and efficiency.
• Increase line productivity, OEE and reduce internal scrap rates.
• Apply quality tools (14Q, Poka‑Yoke, PDCA, 8D) to solve shop‑floor issues.
• Support trial runs of new products and fixtures, and assist in customer/internal audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic technical knowledge.
