Onsite Recruiter – Technical & Corporate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Recruiter to join KellyOCG’s talent acquisition team. You will be embedded at a client site in Malaysia, driving full‑cycle hiring for technology, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions as the company scales rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent partner on‑site, collaborating with line managers, HR and regional teams to define hiring strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing and corporate roles, from market research to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen and engage high‑calibre candidates, coordinating interview schedules and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Provide regular recruitment analytics, reports and KPI updates to keep decision‑makers informed.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering or corporate positions within manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑driven with a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating market insights into hiring wins.
