Omni Retail Experience Director

About the role

The Omni Retail Experience Director will shape and execute a seamless omni‑channel strategy that elevates the offline store journey. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine consumer insights, retail performance data and emerging trends to create high‑touch, luxury experiences that differentiate L'Oréal in the beauty market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the omni‑retail consumer journey, integrating new technologies and trends into physical stores.
• Lead projects that improve retail performance, service standards and education programs for beauty advisors.
• Collaborate with brand general managers, marketing, education and technology teams to ensure flawless execution of retail initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse retail KPIs, service quality and consumer feedback to continuously refine strategies.
• Develop and implement service models and training curricula for in‑store staff.
• Champion a consumer‑centric culture that drives loyalty and commercial growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in offline retail operations and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of linking retail initiatives to commercial results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into actionable retail strategies.
