职位概况
罗氏在沈阳招聘治疗领域经理，负责消化道肿瘤治疗领域。该岗位面向临床及病理医生传递疾病与产品信息，推动规范诊疗，并参与学科建设与患者入组工作。
主要职责
- 基于公司疾病领域和产品策略，向医生传递科学信息和产品信息，促进规范治疗方案
- 向病理科医生传递诊断相关信息，助力患者诊断率提升
- 拜访临床及病理医生，维护客户关系，收集并总结重点专家的疾病领域洞见
- 组织或协调疾病领域学术会议，推动治疗规范建立；与PI和Sub-PI合作，协助符合入组标准的患者及时入组
- 与生态圈内外团队成员协作，整合资源提升团队能力
任职要求
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 3年以上医药行业经验，有销售/市场/医学经验，跨职能经验更佳
- 具备相关疾病领域基础知识，学习能力强，业务敏锐度高
- 沟通能力好，执行力强，具备多产品资源整合能力
