职位概况
江门某企业招聘机电助理培训老师，负责教授模具结构、机床操作及维护保养等技能，培养符合公司需求的初级技工。岗位面向热爱教育、具备机电技术背景且愿意投身教育培训行业的人员。
主要职责
- 教授五金模具、注塑模具的基本结构、工作原理及拆装训练
- 指导学生掌握机床操作、工具使用、图纸识读、工艺制定等技能
- 制定并跟进学生实习计划，确保实习内容安排妥当、过程安全零事故
- 负责模具及机床设备的日常点检与维护
- 现场指导学员加工练习，批改培训资料及考核内容，指导学生参加技能竞赛
任职要求
- 热爱教育培训事业，了解高中生心理，普通话标准，仪容仪表良好
- 全日制大专及以上学历，机电技术相关专业，有教师经验者优先
- 2-3年常规模具开发及机床加工经验，能讲解演示设计与加工思路
- 能读懂机械图纸，熟练使用机加工工具及量具
必备技能
- 熟练使用CAD或Solidworks
- 懂普通机床机械及电气结构原理，能进行设备日常维护
