职位概况

江门的Johnson Electric招聘电机设计研究生培训生，负责按项目计划、技术规范和客户要求设计开发电机产品，并参与从设计到量产前期的技术支持。

主要职责

按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计开发产品，制定前期工艺规范
负责电机本体设计和测试，以及测试方案和性能评估
跟进新产品量产前期进度，处理生产中的电机零件及相关技术问题
开展电机工艺技术改进，降低制造成本
协助销售部门与客户沟通产品信息及设计变更
参与电机产品相关标准的修订和完善

任职要求

电机专业硕士及以上学历
熟悉电机/机械原理，掌握机械材料选型
熟练使用AutoCAD、Solidworks、Maxwell等软件及Office办公软件
英语听说读写流利
