职位概况
约翰森电气在江门招聘主任工程师（测试系统开发），负责马达生产线相关产品测试系统的开发，涵盖电机、执行器、热管理组件的性能、泄漏及NVH测试。
主要职责
- 与内部客户沟通，制定测试系统要求LOR及收机标准
- 根据客户提供的测试样品和测量spec完成测试，验证硬件选型（运动控制PLC、电源、驱动器、仪表、传感器、数采设备）
- 用Python/C#/ST/LabVIEW编写测试系统程序
- 主导EOL测试设备开发，与机械工程师制定EOL段测试方案
- 审核并验收外部供应商提供的测试系统方案
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机电一体化或计算机相关专业
- 5年以上EOL测试机开发经验
- 熟悉信号处理与数据采集，如高精度信号调理、小波变换、数字滤波（FIR/IIR）、屏蔽/接地抗干扰、FFT变换
- 良好的团队合作与问题解决能力，英语良好
