职位概况
江门的 Johnson Electric 招聘绕线机机械设计主任工程师，负责多种绕线机的设计与优化，并推动人工智能在机械设计中的应用。
主要职责
- 与业务单元讨论需求清单后，设计单极（1/2/4极）、定子内外绕线机及无芯绕线机
- 利用历史与实时设备数据开发绕线模块，提升绕线机 PPM 并降低停机时间
- 熟悉各类传感器及其应用，了解条形码、RFID 等追溯系统
- 独立工作，与内部及外部各方沟通，为新型绕线平台提出建议
- 将人工智能应用于机械设计，缩短设计周期
任职要求
- 大专或以上学历，机械工程或机电一体化等相关专业
- 8年或以上绕线机开发经验
- 熟悉转盘、拾放臂、送料器、SCARA及六轴机器人特性，并有选型应用经验
- 熟悉伺服电机、滚珠丝杠、线性导轨设计及X-Y平台
- 熟悉传感器原理与应用，能利用设备数据开发模块
