职位概况
江门的Johnson Electric招聘一名高级电机工程师，负责电机设计、测试及量产前期技术支持，并协助销售部门与客户沟通产品及设计变更。
主要职责
- 按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计电机
- 制定电机及产品的测试方案并进行性能评估
- 跟进新产品量产前期进度，处理生产中的电机零件及相关技术问题
- 协助销售部门向客户介绍产品信息及设计变更
- 修订和完善有刷/无刷电机产品相关标准
任职要求
- 电机、机械、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 熟悉电机工作原理，能独立进行电机结构与电磁设计
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、SolidWorks等绘图软件及Office办公软件
- 熟悉ISO质量体系，能读懂英文说明书及认证测试资料，能与境内外客户有效沟通
