职位概况
江门某压铸企业招聘压铸工艺高级工程师，负责压铸工艺方案制定、试模调试、工艺监控及生产线品质与效率改善。
主要职责
- 分析生产线品质失误原因并持续改善，提升生产效率、降低成本
- 改善机器零配件和模夹具，跟进机模状态，参与自动化项目改进
- 制定压铸工艺方案及标准作业文件，跟踪产品试模、参数调试并提出模具修改建议
- 监控机台工艺并定期复核工艺稳定性，协助项目经理开发新项目、解决技术难题
任职要求
- 大专或以上学历，机械/材料类专业
- 4年以上压铸工艺工程现场及项目管理经验
- 具备压铸理论知识、压铸可制造性分析及缺陷根因分析与改善对策能力
- 熟练使用压铸生产工艺及模具结构，熟悉铝合金或锌合金
- 英语良好
必备技能
- 熟练Solidworks或AutoCAD
- 压铸工艺与模具结构
