职位概况
敏实集团在浙江嘉兴招聘关务经理，负责管控关务风险、推动加工贸易业务、审核进出口费用，并协调物流与采购部门开展进口业务。
主要职责
- 管控关务风险，监督和处理关务异常，规范进出口业务操作，审核进出口费用
- 推动加工贸易业务，规范各环节流程；配合海外部门制定海外物流方案
- 配合采购部门评估进口政策并取得政府批文，保持与海关、商检等部门的良好沟通
- 选择、管理和评定物流代理公司，制定部门年度目标
- 培养员工业务技能，监督部门绩效考核
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、报关等相关专业
- 10年以上制造行业报关经验，2年以上团队管理经验，有加工贸易经验者尤佳
- 熟悉报关、商检程序及法律法规，掌握国际贸易和国际物流知识
- 良好的英语书面能力，熟练使用Office等办公软件
