职位概况
ABB 机器人业务在广州招聘销售工程师，面向半导体行业。该岗位向销售经理汇报，负责开拓新客户和高收益业务，完成机器人台量及营收指标。公司正推进 SoftBank 收购 ABB Robotics 的计划。
主要职责
- 开发新客户，拓展半导体行业机器人高收益业务，挖掘重点客户及高层决策者并维护客户关系
- 联合应用中心制定技术方案，满足客户需求并促成订单签约
- 策划并落地展会、终端客户营销、新应用路演等推广活动
- 承担年度销售目标，负责机器人台量及营收指标达成
- 跟踪竞品动态和市场趋势，及时汇报；按时提交周报和项目跟进清单
任职要求
- 工业自动化、机械工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历
- 至少 5 年半导体行业从业经验，熟悉半导体行业机器人相关工艺应用
- 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，良好的方案宣讲、销售及人际交往能力
- 英语母语水平者优先；具备销售团队协同作战经验，适应能力强
