职位概况
负责区域内中小客户的开发与资金解决方案提供，维护存量资产安全，推动客户管理工作。
主要职责
- 负责区域内中小客户的集中跑动、开发、提供资金解决方案。
- 推进客户管理，维护存量资产的安全性。
- 完成客户拜访、商务谈判、合同制作等融资租赁全流程工作。
- 协助日常存量客户的关系维护工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融及财务类专业者优先。
- 3年以上租赁同业或银行中小企业信贷项目开发操作相关工作经验。
- 具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户营销能力，拥有良好的沟通策略和谈判技巧。
- 能够承受一定的工作压力。
