FP&A Manager

About the role

KONE is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for its Greater China operations. The role will partner with regional leadership and global finance teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasting and monthly management reporting aligned with global financial governance.
• Conduct in‑depth variance analysis of business performance and provide actionable insights to regional and global stakeholders.
• Drive FP&A digital transformation by optimizing analysis models, implementing automated reporting workflows and leveraging data‑analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate investment projects, perform profitability analysis and support strategic business planning.
• Maintain compliance with internal control policies and global reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Big Four audit/consulting background plus at least 3 years of in‑house corporate FP&A experience.
• Prior experience in a multinational Greater China headquarters is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin, with experience working with global cross‑border teams.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving ability and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
