职位概况
负责公司整体财务战略规划与执行，搭建并优化成本管控体系，推动财务信息化建设，确保财务报告准确及时。
主要职责
- 制定并落实公司财务战略，推动年度成本下降目标。
- 主导ERP/SAP等财务信息系统的建设、实施及持续优化。
- 全面负责财务核算、预算管理和财务分析，确保报表准确率100%并按时提交。
- 管理税务筹划、资金运作及投融资事务，维护与银行、税务等外部机构的关系。
任职要求
- 财会、金融或经济类本科及以上学历，持有CPA、ACCA或高级会计师资格。
- 8年以上制造业财务管理经验，至少3年担任财务总监或同等高级管理岗位。
- 熟悉成本控制、全面预算管理，具备出色的战略规划和跨部门沟通协调能力。
- 能够在高强度工作环境下保持绩效。
