职位概况
负责安排下属工作及绩效管理，带领项目团队实现时间、成本、质量等目标，参与项目报价并协助处理内外部信息。
主要职责
- 安排下属成员工作及绩效管理
- 管理项目团队，实现时间/成本/质量等项目目标
- 负责工程变更等项目管理工作
- 组织项目会议及阶段评审，跟踪风险并制定解决方案
- 评审并分析客户需求，提供相应解决方案
- 参与项目报价工作
- 协助上司处理内外部信息
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械或汽车工程类专业
- 3 年以上汽车行业项目管理经验，熟悉 NVH 橡胶金属件、塑料件产品
- 具备优秀的团队合作与沟通能力，能够承担压力
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Office 软件
- 熟悉 IATF 16949 体系
