职位概况
负责雷达/摄像头/域控等产品的场景分析、行为预测、行为规划模块开发，涵盖道路模型融合、交通参与者行为预测及自车行为决策规划等工作。
主要职责
- 开发道路模型融合、行为预测、轨迹规划等算法模块。
- 进行相关模块和系统的性能KPI评估、问题分析与优化支持。
- 搭建并开发可视化分析、KPI评估及仿真等工具。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，自动化、电子工程、计算机、车辆工程、数学、物理等相关专业。
- 具备ADAS量产项目开发交付经验，熟悉L2/L2++功能链路及ISO 26262功能安全流程。
- 英语流利，能够撰写技术文档并进行会议沟通。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握C++，熟悉Python/Matlab。
- 了解并使用卡尔曼滤波、贝叶斯滤波、高斯、隐马尔可夫、RNN、LSTM、博弈规划、碰撞检测等算法。
- 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发。
