职位概况
负责ADAS系统及软件的测试工作，制定测试计划并确保需求全覆盖，推动自动化测试与CI/CD集成。
主要职责
- 对齐项目开发计划，制定并维护测试计划、排期及交付目标。
- 建立需求到测试用例的双向追溯矩阵，确保需求全覆盖。
- 基于V模型开展系统集成测试与合格性测试，设计并评审测试用例。
- 搭建、维护Vector与同星设备台架，保障测试环境可用。
- 使用CANoe、TSMaster、Wireshark等工具进行通信与诊断测试。
- 开发自动化测试脚本，推进CI/CD集成，提高回归效率。
- 管理缺陷全生命周期，输出缺陷趋势分析报告。
- 组织测试评审、缺陷分析及进度会议，输出测试报告与质量评估。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。
- 3年以上汽车电子或嵌入式软件测试经验。
- 熟悉V模型、软件测试理论与方法，具备良好的测试用例设计能力。
- 熟悉Vector或同星台架使用经验，了解CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet、DoIP、SOME/IP、UDS等车载协议。
- 具备组织协调能力，能够推动跨团队问题闭环。
必备技能
- CANoe、TSMaster
- CAPL、Python脚本开发
- Jira、Codebeamer、RQM等缺陷管理工具
- Git、Jenkins及CI/CD流程
