职位概况
负责杭州西溪山姆店前台收银及会员服务管理，制定培训计划并提升团队技能，确保收银安全与服务质量。
主要职责
- 执行会员制和防损安全规定，制定并落实培训纲要。
- 合理排班，控制人力成本，进行前台用品盘点与订购。
- 监控收银失误，开展针对性培训，降低损失。
- 处理会员突发事件，提高满意度，维护前台区域整洁。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，3 年总体工作经验，2 年管理经验。
- 良好的沟通表达能力，强烈的顾客服务意识，协调能力佳，性格外向热情。
