职位概况
负责制动系统关键部件的研发与优化，确保产品满足整车性能需求并具备竞争力。
主要职责
- 开展制动卡钳、制动盘、助力器、ESC、IEB、制动排管排线等零部件的设计与结构问题解决。
- 管理供应商，检查其3D/2D设计数据、制作装配图纸并进行BOM管理。
- 依据耐久、NVH、碰撞、制动性能等整车需求进行原因分析、设计改进。
- 跟踪市场技术趋势，开展新技术研发提升产品竞争力。
任职要求
- 2027届本科及以上应届毕业生或3年以内往届毕业生，机械/车辆等相关专业。
- 本科生需具备CET4，硕士需具备CET6，海外留学生需提供TOPIK4或相应英语成绩。
- 具备自我学习驱动，能够独立解决问题的能力。
必备技能
- 制动系统零部件设计与结构分析
- 3D建模与2D制图检查
- BOM管理
- 整车动力学与电控知识（优先）
