职位概况
在指定区域内负责公司肿瘤类药品的推广与信息传递，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行区域拜访计划，向医疗机构提供产品信息和医学咨询。
- 挖掘并开发潜在市场，组织学术活动，收集竞争产品情报。
- 定期分析区域市场情况，更新医疗机构资料并提交工作报表。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
必备技能
- 产品及市场知识。
- 产品推广技巧及流程。
- 区域管理能力。
