职位概况
在指定区域内开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与医疗机构建立并维持合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 达成指定产品的区域销售目标，合理利用资源并控制费用。
- 按照公司规定的覆盖和拜访频率，制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划。
- 运用推广技巧向医疗机构提供产品信息和医学咨询，提升产品认知度。
- 建立并维护长期合作关系，提升医疗机构满意度。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
- 2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
