职位概况
负责实验室计量工作，包括首件样品尺寸测量、年度检验、失效分析等，确保测量数据准确并形成报告。
主要职责
- 首件样品尺寸测量及报告。
- 年度检验测量及报告。
- 失效分析及报告。
- 量测系统及制程能力分析。
- 简单测量程序修改和测量。
- CT测量设备日常维护保养。
- 实验室7S维护。
- 完成组长安排的其他工作。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，模具或机械专业。
- 具备机械制图识图能力和形位公差理解。
- 1-2年工业CT扫描测量工作经验。
- 能适应白夜班倒班。
- 熟练使用Excel、Outlook等办公软件。
必备技能
- 工业CT测量设备操作。
- 机械制图识图。
- 形位公差分析。
- Excel数据处理。
- Outlook办公软件使用。
