职位概况
负责成都前置仓的整体运营与团队建设，支撑业务发展并及时处理突发事件，提升仓配效率和服务质量。
主要职责
- 搭建并日常管理前置仓物流团队，制定并完善作业流程与制度。
- 负责商品收货、拣货、打包、配送、盘点、退货等现场运营管理。
- 建立质控体系，完善数据报表，评估并分析各组KPI。
- 协调物流各环节，跟踪异常并提出改进方案。
- 配合门店店长完成交办任务。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，物流或管理类专业优先。
- 3年以上前置仓或零售行业仓配管理经验，熟悉B2C电商物流流程，具生鲜操作经验者优先。
- 具备较强组织、执行及计划落实能力，良好沟通协调与问题推动能力。
- 有责任感与使命感，能承受工作压力，适应快节奏并乐于拥抱变化。
