职位概况
负责为客户提供卓越、高效、优质的物流运营服务，确保业务流程符合区域指导方针及公司政策。
主要职责
- 检查并验证文件，确保符合内部标准和客户要求（SOP）。
- 与海外代理商和承运商协调，确认装运细节及航班/船舶时间表。
- 主动与客户沟通，提供装运状态并解决运营问题。
- 监控货物到达情况，及时向客户和内部团队更新信息。
- 如有需要，安排清关并提交所需文件。
- 协调最终交付，配合卡车合作伙伴满足客户时间表。
- 维护装运记录、清关文件和交付确认，记录系统里程碑。
- 与内部部门合作，简化流程并提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 具备良好的业务学习能力，能够跟进并落实日常业务。
- 熟悉物流运输流程及相关法规。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够主动与客户及合作伙伴交流。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件进行文档管理。
