项目采购工程师（铸件&机加工）

About the role

Lead supplier development, technical evaluation, and full‑lifecycle project management for casting and precision machining components in new product projects. Act as the Cost Down Owner, driving cost‑reduction initiatives, value engineering and localization savings for the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project deliverables across global and local purchasing matrices, track timelines, and lead milestone meetings with internal and plant teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing of casting and machining parts, including supplier quality plans, technical specification reviews, feasibility confirmations, and tooling approvals.
• Serve as the technical know‑how carrier for casting and machining processes, providing DFM solutions and optimizing the supplier footprint.
• Own cost‑down projects (RPP, VAVE, localization), perform should‑cost modeling, and lead cross‑functional value‑engineering workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Solid background in purchasing, supplier development or manufacturing/process engineering with proven project‑management experience.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) and strong interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
• Open‑minded, resilient, quick learner with high integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS‑Office; experience with SAP and AI tools is a plus.
