职位概况
负责高压项目的线束开发设计，统筹跨部门协作，推动项目进度，实现成本控制和技术创新。
主要职责
- 开展高压线束项目开发，组织跨部门沟通。
- 制定预算方案并进行成本控制。
- 推进VAVE项目，实施价值分析。
- 进行原价分析，支持运营管理。
- 培养团队人才，提升团队能力。
- 研究新技术、新产品并应用于项目。
任职要求
- 理工科统招本科及以上学历，英语四级以上。
- 性格开朗，乐于接受新事物和挑战。
- 具备自主追求卓越的精神。
- 良好的沟通能力和风险预判能力。
- 有带领7-10人团队2年以上经验者优先。
- 线束开发经验7年以上。
