职位概况
负责根据市场出货预测和生产计划进行物料需求计划，协调产线、采购、质检、仓库等部门，确保物料及时供应并控制库存水平。
主要职责
- 根据市场预测及相关数据计算MRP和物料请购计划。
- 依据生产计划、订单数量、交期等核算物料进料计划并跟催交付进度。
- 协调产线、采购、质检、仓库，缩短物料检验、收发时间，处理物料质量问题。
- 与采购部门保持沟通，避免产线待料或停线。
- 根据库存目标控制仓库库存，统计分析呆滞料并组织处理。
- 跟进外协物料的发放及回货管控。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，3年以上工厂计划或物控工作经验。
- 熟练使用金蝶K3 ERP系统各功能模块及其运算逻辑。
- 熟练操作Excel等办公软件，掌握数据透视等函数。
- 工作态度端正，抗压能力强，可接受加班。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力，数据敏感，为人正直果敢。
- 有手机、平板或其他数据终端商品的计划或物控经验者优先。
