职位概况
负责汽车底盘及相关零部件的结构设计，参与项目开发全过程，包括报价、技术交流、图纸和文件编制等。
主要职责
- 配合技术部门进行产品报价及前期客户技术交流。
- 完成产品结构设计、3D建模、图纸绘制及技术文件编制。
- 独立负责底盘类产品（金属、橡胶等）的结构设计、审核及BOM编制。
- 编制DV试验项目清单、DFMEA、FMEA清单，进行技术交流并完成上级安排任务。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机械、模具设计、车辆工程等相关专业。
- 1年以上同类产品设计工作经验，具备独立项目或多个零件开发经验。
- 熟悉汽车行业标准、质量管理工具，了解APQP流程。
必备技能
- 熟练使用3D设计软件。
- 精通GD&T制图。
- 了解金属材料加工工艺及高分子材料特性。
- 掌握材料力学、FEA仿真。
- 熟悉FMEA、QFD、DOE等质量工具。
