职位概况

负责全厂生产设备的维修与保养，确保设备稳定运行，支持生产需求。

主要职责

  • 执行全厂生产设备的紧急维修和事前维修，依据月度KPI考评。
  • 协助保养组开展设备定期保养工作。
  • 负责机电设备的安装、调试及性能提升工作。
  • 监控维修备件库存，跟踪紧急备件及委外加工件到货，必要时协助采购。
  • 按时完成每班设备巡检并填写保养记录。
  • 完成上级交付的临时任务。

任职要求

  • 机械、电气、机电一体化等相关专业。
  • 3年以上设备维修经验。
  • 能看懂电气原理图、液压、气动控制图纸。
  • 能绘制简单机械部件图纸。
  • 维修过厂务公共设备（如空压机、中央空调、发电机等）。
  • 能借助词典阅读英文技术资料。
