职位概况
负责车间的QHSE管理、品质控制、生产运营、设备设施及绩效管理，确保安全、质量和交付符合公司要求。
主要职责
- 组织并推动车间QHSE体系的运行与持续改进。
- 制定并落实各工序QA、SH操作规程，监督树脂生产工艺执行。
- 协调生产计划，处理生产过程异常，跟踪订单完成情况。
- 制定设备日常、定期检查与维护制度，跟进维修进度并验收。
- 协助制定车间工作计划、预算，依据KPI进行考核与辅导。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，化学相关专业。
- 3年以上树脂生产现场管理经验。
