中级法律顾问（商业合同与合规）

职位概况
我们正在寻找具备商业合同起草、审核及合规经验的中级法律顾问，负责公司在生命科学领域的法律事务，支持投融资及业务拓展。
主要职责
- 起草、审核并谈判中英文商业合同，包括CRO/CDMO服务协议、临床前/临床服务协议、采购、供应商及咨询类协议。
- 协助公司监管与合规事务，执行数据合规、人类遗传资源合规、GxP、药物警戒等政策。
- 参与投融资、业务拓展（BD）等项目的法律支持。
- 处理公司治理及其他法律事务。
- 跟踪行业监管动态，推动团队服务标准化与能力建设。
任职要求
- 国内外知名法学院本科及以上学历，已通过国家法律职业资格考试或持有美国律所执业资格。
- 4–8年律所（红圈所/一线内资所/国际外资所）或知名企业法务经验，有生命科学/医疗健康行业背景优先。
- 中英文流利，英语可作为工作语言。
- 具备商业判断力、主动性、责任心及跨部门协作能力，对前沿科技充满热情。
