职位概况
负责门店全链路的人力资源管理，涵盖招聘、薪酬、培训及员工关系等模块，确保HR工作合规并支撑业务快速发展。
主要职责
- 根据门店需求，横向对接招聘、薪酬、培训等HR全模块工作。
- 协助搭建HR服务流程，保障合规性。
- 开拓招聘渠道，快速完成中高端人才及关键岗位的招聘。
- 依据业务需求，建立培训体系和员工职业发展通道。
- 构建绩效与奖励机制，提升组织效率。
- 推动企业文化落地，处理员工关系，提升员工稳定性。
- 督导外包团队效率，支持业务快速扩张。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备丰富的一线HR实操经验者优先。
- 5年以上零售、连锁餐饮或大型物流行业HR工作经验。
- 工作责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
- 具备敏锐的洞察力、分析判断及风险控制能力。
- 良好的沟通协调和团队协作意识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
