职位概况
为兰蔻品牌在常德友谊店提供专业美容顾问服务，负责达成销售目标并维护客户关系。
主要职责
- 为客户提供品牌咨询、产品推荐及使用体验。
- 完成公司设定的销售业绩指标。
- 维护并提升老客忠诚度，招募新客。
- 与百货/商场工作人员协作，保持店面陈列、清洁及盘点。
- 了解美妆市场趋势及竞争产品，掌握护肤、彩妆、香水等品类知识。
任职要求
- 热爱美妆零售行业，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 具备学习适应能力和团队合作精神。
- 具备一定的服务意识和工作韧性。
必备技能
- 熟悉品牌及产品知识。
- 能够使用零售系统及数字化工具。
