职位概况
负责在常德友谊店为YSL品牌提供专业的美容顾问服务，达成销售目标并维护客户关系。
主要职责
- 为客户提供品牌咨询、产品推荐及使用指导，提升消费体验。
- 完成公司下达的销售业绩指标。
- 维护并拓展客群，提升消费者忠诚度。
- 与百货/商场工作人员协作，执行陈列、清洁、盘点等日常运营工作。
- 了解美妆市场趋势，掌握竞争产品信息。
任职要求
- 热爱美妆零售行业，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 熟悉品牌及产品知识，了解行业政策流程。
- 具备学习适应能力和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。
必备技能
- 掌握零售系统及数字化工具的基本使用。
